Helianthus - Giant sunflower

An annual  plant with large, bright yellow, daisy-like flower heads and coarse, rough foliage. Sunflowers are widely grown for their ornamental appeal, seeds, and ecological benefits in pollinator gardens. This Giant variety can reach heights of 2 meters.

  • Exposure: Good wind tolerance; can be grown in sheltered coastal areas.
  • Size: Typically 150–200 cm tall  and 60–120 cm wide.
